Very thorough, efficient and informative. Any issues have been on the side of the broker or my driver and OTR has helped me problem solve every time, helping me get paid like I should. With all the issues/problems in the trucking industry, my factoring and gas card are never one of them.

OTR has been great! Daniel was great getting us setup and explaining everything. I am very impressed with the communication and organization. Savannah has been great helping me understand and learn the process. I have always gotten a quick response when I needed something or had questions. The portal is easy to use. No complaints here!

Awesome company, they help to get you paid fast, great fuel card with great discounts and staff is very helpful. Highly recommend OTR Solutions as a partner in your trucking business. Ellie Conoley and her team are amazing and get things done fast. They actually want to help you and make things easy. The Bolt program where you can get paid the same day is a life saver. I view them as a partner and only run for brokers who are already approved with OTR.

We have been factoring with OTR for 6 months now and we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are always helpful and responsive. They are accommodating even on busy days. They have been a huge asset to our business and we are only disappointed that we didn’t get setup with them sooner. Waiting for payments can be a major challenge with small businesses but with OTR there is no stress or concerns wondering when we will be paid for our work. I can’t recommend them enough.
